Booking and Payment Policies

Incidental Fee: An additional $300 incidental fee is added to each event and refunded after a successful event.

Booking Fee: $300 of your balance is due to secure your event.

Payment Deadline: Balance is due 2 weeks before your event. No refunds.

Rescheduling: Reasonable rescheduling of events is allowed based on availability.

Accidental Fee for Under 25: Customers 25 years and under are subject to a $500 accidental fee.

Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older to book. A copy of ID is required for all rentals.

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted.

Event End Time: Must be out of the hall space by 1am, no exceptions.
